MI Note 3 MI Account problem Solution
For windows 7 32 bit with Normal Usb Guide
* Connect your device in fastboot mode
* Run this bat file to boot into Edl mode [qualcomm mode]:

* Flash Tool:
Download Here
* Now run flash tool and load firmware and flash
Important:windows 7 32 bit also working No need 64 bit os
Note: This phone can not be flashed via fastboot as its locked bootloader so
you can only flash via EDL mode
1st i flashed
http://bigota.d.miui.com/V7.3.2.0.LH...19339c1a10.tgz this version but not solved
Then i used
http://bigota.d.miui.com/V7.2.3.0.LH...c85ba6c524.tgz this version full flash in flash tool click " ***(
clean all and lock )*** "
